The Columbia Basin Development League (CBDL) is planning for 175+ community leaders, farmers, policymakers, businesses, researchers, students, and advocates from across the Pacific Northwest to attend the 2026 CBDL Conference & Annual Meeting, taking place November 11–13, 2026, at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick.
