Celebrating 61 Years of Advocacy

2025 marked 61 years of CBDL’s unwavering commitment to the Columbia Basin Project (CBP)—a vital driver of the region’s economy, quality of life, and long-term water sustainability. As the nonprofit voice for the Project, CBDL champions efficient maintenance, continued development, and responsible stewardship of this critical infrastructure.

  • Federal & State Government Dignitaries attended
  • Attendees networked with elected officials, agency leaders, and key influencers from all levels of government
  • Timely, Fact-Based Updates were provided
  • The Conference agenda included updates from Reclamation’s Ephrata Field Office, the Odessa Ground Water Replacement Program, Municipal and Industrial CBP Water Use, UCUT Fish Passage Initiatives, and Columbia River Treaty Developments

Silent Auction!

Last year we were excited to host a silent auction to raise funds for CBDL’s mission: advancing responsible development, efficient maintenance, and long-term stewardship of the Columbia Basin Project.

Speakers

We were pleased to invite professionals, advocates, and experts to participate as distinguished speakers at this year’s conference.

The day-long event brought together landowners, processors, irrigation districts, and policymakers to exchange timely updates and foster collaboration. We were especially seeking speakers with insight into water policy, infrastructure, environmental stewardship, agriculture, and issues impacting the Columbia Basin Project.

Most sessions allowed for a 20-minute presentation in the afternoon portion of the program.

Exhibitor Spaces - New Last Year!

Exhibitors showcased their organizations to an engaged and invested audience. We offered limited exhibitor spaces at special rates—available on a first-come, first-served basis.
