The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District (QCBID) has opened the filing period for three Director positions across Divisions 1, 2, and 4. Eligible landowning residents must submit a completed Petition of Nomination signed by 10 qualified voters to the Quincy District office by 5:00 PM on October 5, 2026.
